Scope

'Black and white photograph shows two young Libyan men in Boy Scouts uniform playing instruments outdoors. The man on the left-hand side of the image is playing a zukra (a Libyan bagpipe) and the man on the right-hand side of the image is playing a tapla (drum). There are other young men in boy scout uniforms standing in the background of the image. The photograph features manuscript note on verso "Libyans are enthusiastic participants in Boy Scouts."'
