Scope

'Catalogues and lists compiled for the Society of Libyan Studies Archive. The lists within the series were created when the material was in the custody of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne prior to its relocation to the University of Leicester. The vast majority of the lists were created by John Dore who was one of the primary curators of the collection when it was held by Newcastle.'
