Scope
'Letter from [illegible from the International Institute for Aerial Survey and Earth Sciences (ITC) in the Netherlands to Miss [Mary Ann Meagher, Institute of Archaeology, Gordon Square, London, enclosing a reproduction of one of the earliest air photo-mosaics (i.e. an assembly of air photos) ever produced. The photographs shows Benghazi in Libya and dates some time before 1913, "probably 1911".'
