Scope

Outcropping rock immediately adjacent to MAK018B2. Carvings on upper surface.

Arrangement

Giraffe, bovid, feline, two quadrupeds, abstract, grooves, incised lines, polishing, pecking: In centre of panel are two opposing inverted images arranged feet-to-feet, with line across lower legs. Lower image is incised outline of a bovid facing left with elongated legs, long backward pointing horns and split tail. U-shaped grooves to the right of this image superimposed by an area of pecking. More recent U-shaped grooves to left of the image. Numerous fine lines around it. Upper image is incised outline of a giraffe facing left with long neck, long upward horns, mane, pecking on hide and head, split raised tail with second feathered tail above rump added later. Fine incised lines around image. Below neck is area of polishing with incised abstract image over it, and finely incised outline of possible quadruped facing left with long neck, head indistinct. Several notches on left edge of panel. Right of hind legs of giraffe is finely incised outline of possible feline with long tail, facing left up the panel. Above giraffe is incised outline of quadruped facing left with long tail, head indistinct. Above is incised abstract anvil-shaped image. Gara sommet in Pauphillet (1953)
