Scope
Large rounded boulder on conspicuous rocky outcrop at base of promontory terminus in mouth of Maknusa Pass. Carvings on multiple surfaces. FJJ027A1 carvings on sloping surface facing into wadi.
Arrangement
Two oryx, bovid, quadruped, indeterminate, abstract, grooves: On left of panel is incised outline of an oryx facing left with cervico-thoracic hump and long backward curving horns. Above right, superimposed by rump of oryx, is incised outline of a bovid facing right up the panel with short backward pointing horns partly exfoliated and obscured by pecked circle to left of bovid. U-shaped groove extends downwards from edge of circle. To the right is incised outline of a possible quadruped (ambiguous?) facing right up the panel with long backward curving horns or trunk extending from shoulder, head indistinct. Image superimposes incised outline of indeterminate image, possibly an ambiguous animal facing right up the panel. To the right are pecked lines and incised outline of a small oryx facing right with long backward pointing horn. Mattingly et al (2003, 2007: 192)
