Scope

Broken eroded boulder at base of escarpment on S side of conspicuous rocky outcrop on promontory terminus in mouth of Maknusa Pass. Multiple carved surfaces on slope and top of outcrop, many carvings very eroded. Escarpment retreats after this point S-wards and loses its identity. No burials or settlement sites within 400m. FJJ028A1 carvings on sloping rounded surface.

Arrangement

Two oryx, indeterminate, abstract, grooves, incised lines: On left of panel is incisDe outline of an oryx facing right with long backward curving horns. U-shaped grooves running through neck. Recent incised lines to the left. To the right is incised outline of indeterminate shape, possibly an animal with long neck facing right, U-shaped grooves and incised lines above back, legs extended by additional incised lines, faint head with several incised lines (horns/mane) above head and neck, later incised scratches superimposed. To the right is incised outline of an oryx facing right with long backward curving horns. Several incised lines forming indeterminate shapes above, possibly one or more eroded animals.
