Arrangement

Grooves, hollows, pecking, polishing: Multiple sub-circular and ovoid grinding hollows in consecutive rows. Different dimensions, depth varies between 1 and 10cm, surfaces abraded with pecking and striations. U-shaped grooves and peck marks around hollows. Some hollows cut into each other, suggesting consecutive rather than contemporaneous use. At least two hollows have eroded and collapsed bases. Figure 8.16
