Scope

Arrangement

Cup marks, grooves, hollows, pecking, polishing: Multiple sub-circular and ovoid grinding hollows and several circular cup marks arranged on different levels of fragmented panel surface. Different dimensions, depth varies between 1 and 10cm, surfaces abraded with pecking and striations. Several areas of polishing with striations. On upper fragment are several U-shaped grooves with different dimensions, some cutting into edges of two hollows. Some hollows cut into each other, suggesting consecutive rather than contemporaneous use, and several hollows have eroded and collapsed bases. Figure 8.16
