Outcropping rock forming part of lower cliff on end of main promontory. Carvings on vertical surface.

Arrangement

Inscriptions: Numerous incised Libyan inscriptions running in different directions, some very eroded, covering much of panel surface. On left end of panel large white painted letters (Asian? script) superimposed over inscriptions. Circular hole in upper centre of panel. Figure 7.56b
