Outcropping bedrock at ground level on lower slope of promontory terminus, 2m N of FUG 018A. Carvings on sloping and eroded upper surface.

Inscriptions: Several pecked and incised Libyan inscriptions mainly running perpendicular to long axis of panel. Some heavily eroded. Mattingly et al (2003, 2007: 166)
