Arrangement

Human, camel, eagle, inscriptions: At top of panel is incised human figure facing forward with legs and arms outstretched, incised partial complete emblematic eagle with outstretched wings, and several incised Arabic inscriptions. Below is incised outline of camel facing right with rounded hump, and several incised Libyan inscriptions running in different directions and X symbols.
