Scope

Small boulder at base of outcrop on promontory terminus. Surface badly eroded. Carvings on mainly sloping surface.

Arrangement

Inscription, indeterminate, grooves, hollow: Incised Libyan inscription running horizontally round panel. Series of parallel incised lines and perpendicular grooves forming indeterminate image, badly eroded. Several U-shaped grooves, shadows of eroded grooves and lines, and paired notches. Ovoid polished hollow on top of panel. Pecking within hollow.
