Scope

Outcropping rock towards base of promontory terminus, adjacent to small rock overhang and possible dried spring. Carvings on upper surface.

Arrangement

Inscriptions, abstract, grooves, incised lines, hollows: Several incised Libyan inscriptions around edges of panel. On centre edge of panel are two sub-circular ground out hollows with some pecking in them. Several short incised V-shaped lines and U-shaped grooves, including two groups of grooves forming grid patterns.
