Fragment adjacent to ELH116A. Carvings on upper surface.

Arrangement

Sandals, chariot, indeterminate, inscriptions: One incised, and one pecked and incised ovoid outline, possibly single sandals. Pecked indeterminate shapes, including possible shaft and yolk of chariot in plan view. One wheel very indistinct, the other forms part of short Libyan inscription. Several pecked and incised Libyan inscriptions in different directions. Figure 7.44c
