Arrangement

Two giraffes, two gazelles or giraffes, inscriptions, pecking: Pecked outlines of two giraffes facing right with long necks, pecked hides. Larger giraffe on left of panel has thick legs, pecked line running diagonally from below chest to hind leg. Giraffe on right has elongated body and thick legs. Above the giraffes are pecked outlines of two quadrupeds facing right with long necks, possibly gazelles (gerenuk?) or giraffes. Pecked hides, indistinct heads. Pecking around images. Several pecked Libyan inscriptions superimposed over animals. Figures 7.62b, A.2.5 Mattingly et al (2003, 2007: 72)
