Scope

'Communication from the Sea Transport Officer-in-Charge, Tripoli, to Movements and Transportation, 83 Area, commending the work done by two Eureka boats during and after the attack at Tripoli port. The communication is signed J.R. Davies, Commander R.N.R. The report brings to special notice the services rendered by Corporal French, who was in charge of the Eureka boats.'
