Scope

"Manuscript notes and drawings pertaining to Tomb 1 - Tomb 40 at Saniat Ben Howedi cemetery. File includes notes concerning Ayoub's excavations 1962 - 1963; Daniels' 1972, 1973 and 1977 excavations; finds from the Daniels' excavations and Tomb 1 - Tomb 40. In addition to Daniels' the notes feature the names Eric Bailey, Ian [Cavnana?, John Gillam and John Little.", There are survey forms present for most of the numbered tombs featured within the file. The notes were originally contained with a ring-binder folder labelled "Saniat Ben Howedi (cemetery) Vol. 1 [Hynb? General Notes Tombs 1 - 39".'
