Outcropping rock forming part of lower cliff on promontory terminus close to modern road. Carvings on vertical surface. Panel partly obscured by painted modern graffiti.

Arrangement

Two camels, indeterminate, abstract, inscription: On left edge of panel is pecked outline of indeterminate image, possibly a quadruped. To the right is pecked Libyan inscription and pecked and incised outlines of two camels facing right with rounded humps. To the right are incised squares and an incised indeterminate image.
