Scope

Outcropping rock forming part of lower cliff on promontory terminus. Carvings on upper surface.

Arrangement

Inscriptions, abstract, sandal, cupmarks, grooves, hollows, incisions, polishing: Numerous incised lines, some eroded and forming indeterminate shapes and two possible sandal shapes. Deep incision over one sandal shape, parallel narrow U-shaped grooves over another sandal. Several polished areas, three forming shallow hollows. Libyan inscription and characters incised over polished areas. At least four cupmarks on edge of panel.
